- We help organisations launch new operations and get them ready for day one: the site, the people, the systems and the training.
- We run quality, compliance and process improvement work from the floor up: we find where daily practice and the standard part ways, and stay until the gaps are closed.
- We write down what an operation knows but has never put on paper, and train the people who will carry it forward.
- We also advise early-stage founders on strategy, operations, team structure and ways of working.

Konfluens LLC was formed in 2026. It draws on work from 2012 to 2026: operations, quality and training in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, from the client side, the provider side and as an outside consultant.

Most problems arrive pre-diagnosed. Someone has already decided what is wrong and what the fix should be. Often they are right. Often enough they are not, and the useful work is finding that out before anyone spends money on the wrong thing. We would rather build readiness in from the start than inspect for it afterwards. And we finish what we take on.

Durigo
A map-first community app for durian, which we design and run.
- We roll it out in phases, and each phase removes one specific risk before the next one begins.
- Check-ins say what is true right now, reviews say how the fruit tasted, and we keep the two apart so the live data stays clean.
